L4 Lounge Series – General Specifications (Seating)

END FRAME ASSEMBLY

End frames are 24-1/4"H x 26-5/8"D x 2-1/2" thick skeletal-type construction.

The arm is 24-1/4" high at the front and arches down with a 71" radius to 20-3/4" high at the rear of the arm.

The arm assembly receives a 1/4" polyurethane 1240 FR density foam wrap and is fully upholstered.

When specified, the end frame assembly may receive a 1" thick solid wood top cap (red oak or maple), with a 3-3/8" wide profile.

The bottom surface of the arm assembly receives two nickel chrome-plated nail glides.

UPHOLSTERED SEAT AND BACK

The seat and back frame are a single piece of 3/4" bent plywood.

The seat portion is fitted with Dimatrol Webbing and covered with black cambric fabric for comfort.

This assembly is then covered with 3-1/2" thick foam, also used on the chair back.

The entire seat and back assembly is upholstered in specified fabric, except for the underside of the seat, which is covered in black cambric fabric.

• CS-191-53 Class 1

SEAT TO ARM STRETCHER RAIL

The front rail is 24-3/4" long x 3-1/2" wide and wrapped with 1/4" foam matching the end frames and upholstery.

The seat support rail is 24-3/4" long x 3-1/2" wide and is not upholstered.

The rear rail is 24-3/4" long x 11-7/8" wide and is wrapped with 1/4" foam and upholstered to match the end frames.

All rails are bolted with 1/4"-20 bolts through metal brackets into metal bushings inserted in the arm assemblies.
