Workstations

  • Workstation tops available in 36" or 47-5/8" W × 28-1/2" D.
  • Includes an 8" deep support shelf beneath the work surface.
  • End and intermediate panels measure 47-1/2" H × 33-1/8" D.
  • Features a 1-1/2" wide cord drop across the rear of the work surface for cable management.
  • Work surface attaches to end and intermediate panels using two metal "Z" brackets with 5/16"-18 hex-head bolts and threaded bushings.
  • Back panel is secured with concealed metal keyway fasteners.
  • Support shelf is mounted using 3/4" × 3/4" black steel angle brackets and black #8 screws.

Workstation Top

  • Constructed from 1-3/16" thick, 45 lb. density particleboard.
  • Finished with a .050" high-pressure laminate surface and .020" phenolic backing for balanced construction.
  • Laminate provides a low-glare finish resistant to scratches, fading, and staining.
  • Front edge features a 2" solid hard maple chamfered edge band.
  • Edge is beveled at a 20° angle with a 1/2" radius bullnose.
  • Rear edge includes a 1-1/2" black plastic retainer strap extending 1/4" above the work surface.
  • Standard work surface height is 29".

End and Intermediate Panels

  • Constructed from 1-3/16" thick, 3-ply, 45 lb. density particleboard with slip-matched maple veneer.
  • Vertical and top edges are protected with 1.6 mm maple edge banding.
  • Each panel includes two 1-1/4" diameter chrome adjustable glides.
  • Starter end panels feature a decorative 4" H × 16" W arched resin window positioned 3-1/4" below the top edge.
  • Window is secured with 1/4" solid maple molding on both sides and sanded flush.
  • End panels include an embedded 1/4" × 1/4" × 3/16" square steel rod located 4" above the bottom edge.
  • Steel rod is available in chrome-plated or powder-coated finishes.

Back Panel

  • Constructed from 3/4" thick, 3-ply, 45 lb. density particleboard.
  • Finished with slip-matched maple veneer on both sides.
  • Top and bottom edges feature 1.6 mm maple edge banding.
  • Attaches to end and intermediate panels using concealed metal keyway fasteners.

Workstation Support Shelf

  • Constructed from 3/4" thick, 45 lb. density particleboard.
  • Finished with select AA slip-matched maple veneer.
  • Exposed front edge is protected with a 3/4" solid maple edge band.
  • Extends the full width beneath the work surface for added support and storage.

Chrome Plating

  • Decorative chromium electroplated finish resists tarnishing and minimizes scratching.
  • Class AA chrome plating includes a .004"–.005" bright nickel layer with a chromium topcoat.
  • Provides a durable, furniture-grade finish.

Window Specifications

  • Standard resin window panels are 1/4" thick.
  • Available in customer-selected Brodart colors.
  • Secured with 1/4" solid maple molding on both sides.
  • Molding is sanded flush with the panel surface for a seamless appearance.
