Top Construction

• Standard top thickness: 1-3/16"
• Construction:
  • 3-ply, 45# density particleboard core
  • High-pressure laminate top surface: .050" thick
  • Backing sheet: .020" thick
• Balanced construction design.
• Top edge band:
  • Solid Northern-grown Red Oak or Maple
  • Size: 5/8" x 1-3/16" thick
  • Flush edge band
  • Radiused 1/2" to create waterfall shape
  • Applied after laminate and backing sheets (external edge band)

End Panel Construction

• Framed panel and plinth base assembly.
• Hardwood components:
  • Northern-grown Red Oak or Maple rails and stiles
  • Veneered panel construction
• Panel:
  • 3/4" thick
  • Plain-sliced slip-matched Northern-grown Red Oak or Maple
  • Routed on two sides and splined
• Rail/Stile details:
  • Top rail: 2"H x 1" thick
  • Side stiles: 1" x 1"
  • Stiles feature 1" radius

Plinth Base

• Constructed from:
  • 5/4 solid Northern-grown Red Oak or Maple
  • Size: 2-1/4"H x 1" thick
• Molded top detail:
  • 1" radius
  • Ends in 1/4" wide reveal
• Attached using:
  • Three #8 x 3" flat-head screws
  • Wood glue
• Bottom includes:
  • Two 7/8" diameter chrome adjustable glides
  • Located 1-1/4" from plinth ends

Panel & Shelf Features

• End panel attaches to back panels using:
  • Recessed metal fasteners
  • Shoulder screws
• Inside end panel faces allow shelf adjustment:
  • 32mm center spacing
• Back panel:
  • 3/4" thick
  • 45# density particleboard core
  • Select Northern-grown Red Oak or Maple face veneers
• Back panel edges:
  • Top and bottom receive 1.6mm solid oak/maple band

Storage Features

• Two full-depth fixed shelves
• One pullout keyboard shelf
• Fixed shelves include:
