Door Catches: Heavy duty, spring-loaded door catches provide positive closure.  Mobile unit doors include roller catch at both top and bottom.

Shelf Supports: High strength double pin shelf supports for heavier loading.  Supports have molded-in locking tabs to retain shelves.

Patented Five-Knuckle Hinges: Patented Commercial "Grade 1" five-knuckle hinges are safety-tipped with non-removable pins.  Hinges permit 270° door swing.  Interior mountings incorporate heavy duty screw attachment with added 5mm thread-in screw bolt fasteners.  Matte nickel powder coated finish.

Casters: Casters are bolted to steel reinforcing channels with end bolts extending through the bottom channel and panel into a cross-locking nylon insert on all four bottom corners.  This stable and rigid structure withstands rolling over uneven floors and thresholds.  Four large 5² swivel casters (two with tread locking brakes) installed for easy rolling and tough duty. 

High Impact Edges: Edges on doors and components have high impact extrusions for tough use areas.  Edges and corners are trimmed with radius profile.  Top and bottom mobile components extend beyond the cabinet body as a wrap-a-round bumper.

6-Tumber Locks: Optional 6-tumbler locks with dead bolt mechanism provide added security.
